'RHOBH' Star Dorit Kemsley's Husband Rushes To Court Trying To Block Their Assets From Being Seized

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Dorit Kemsley’s husband is pleading with a judge to not allow their bank accounts to be seized, as part of his $1.2 million court battle.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Paul “PK” Kemsley is asking a judge to block his creditor’s collections attempts.
PK owes $1.2 million to a man named Nicos Kirzis, who is currently trying to collect on the money. Kirzis was successful in seizing $29,634.10 from one bank account Dorit shared with PK. She originally tried to claim the money was her sole property.
Recently, Kirzis made moves to try and seize money from a UK account under PK’s name. Kirzis also believes PK has been depositing his income in another of Dorit’s bank accounts. He asked the judge to order the money in Dorit’s account be turned over.
In the newly filed docs, PK demands the judge shut down Dorit’s account from being seized. He also argues his UK bank can't legally be touched.

PK has denied owing the $1.2 million. He claims it was discharged in a UK bankruptcy he filed in 2011.
The reality star says UK law prohibits his bank account from being seized. He argues he has no right to the assets in the account.
In regard to Dorit’s account, PK says there is no evidence he deposited money into it. He says Dorit can’t be liable for debt he incurred prior to their marriage. He adds, “Here, the Kirzis notes were incurred in 2011, Mr. and Mrs. Kemsley were married in 2015, and Mrs. Kemsley’s earnings have always been kept in a separate account with no commingling with any community property.”
PK says, “Accordingly, as the Court agreed earlier, Mrs. Kemsley’s earnings are not liable for the Kirzis debt.” The case is ongoing.
The Blast obtained a video last year of a woman screaming at Dorit while on vacationing with her “RHOBH” co-stars. The woman was friends with another man currently suing Dorit and PK over a bikini business. In the video you can hear the woman scream at Dorit to pay her friend and shouting “you cheap bitch!”

Despite the legal issues and alleged money owed, it didn’t stop Dorit from celebrating her 43rd birthday in luxury. or partying with Boy George.
Dorit and PK were also hit with federal tax liens over an alleged $1 million dollars in back taxes. the IRS filed two federal tax liens over unpaid tax bills. The first was filed against Doritand Paul "PK" Kemsley for unpaid 2015 taxes totaling $635,887.23.
The second lien was for PK solely and accuses him of failing to pay an additional $289,423.67 for the years 2014 and 2016. The grand total of the debt for both liens comes to $925,310.90.
Looks like Dorit will have more than enough material for next season, where she will be joined by two new housewives.
