The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star's father is going to bat for his daughter amid accusations that she's lying about her alleged affair with alum Brandi Glanville. Days after Teddi Mellencamp's father, singer John Mellencamp, took a jab at Denise, the "Wild Things" actress showed that he's not the only father fiercely defending their daughter. The 49-year-old star shared a sweet throwback posted by her pops, Irving Richards, who shot down rumors that she's the type of person who would lie.
Sharing the black and white wild west photo, Denise Richards' dad declared he was proud of his daughter for how she's handled the drama with her fellow "Housewives." This season, fans have watched Denise Richards take it from every angle. The latest issue is Brandi Glanville's accusation that the "RHOBH" star hooked up with her multiple times behind her husband Aaron Phypers' back.
In the latest episode, Brandi Glanville confided in Kyle Richards and Teddi Mellencamp about the alleged affair and warned them to be careful around Denise Richards because "she's not who she pretends to be."

Declaring he was "tough" on his daughters during their childhood, Irving said it made them grow to "become strong, honest, independent women."
Admitting that he's been keeping up with the "RHOBH" drama this season, Denise Richards' dad said he's proud of how his daughter has handled herself against her co-stars and the rumored scandal.
