“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star NeNe Leakes has scooped up another Georgia property for $260,000.
According to real estate records obtained by The Blast, NeNe bought herself another home in the city of Duluth. She used her company Leakes, Inc. to complete the purchase.
The new 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 2,076 sq. ft. pad is a 15-minute drive from her $2 million-dollar mansion located in an exclusive gated community.
The new home is located in another gated community with a large clubhouse, pool, athletic field, workout facility and close to the mall. The property listing reads “New carpet! New paint! Great home in a great location, open floor plan, great room with fireplace and view to kitchen, fenced backyard.”
It’s unclear if NeNe is becoming a real estate investor or she bought the home for family or friends.

Back in 2015, NeNe dropped $2,075,000 on a 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom, 9,511 sq. ft. mansion. The property is located on a golf course that comes with a county club, restaurant, tennis courts, swimming pool, and many other amenities.
NeNe Leakes stays focused on her business moves despite the reality show drama. She has not been disappointing on this season of “Real Housewives of Atlanta."
She has been beefing with her costar Cynthia Bailey, who she used to be close friends. She claims to have a recording of Cynthia, taken by a mutual friend, where she is heard talking trash about NeNe.

The reality star has not revealed who provided her with the recording, but the drama appears to be heating up on “RHOA.” Her costars Porsha Williams and Kandi Burruss have been attempting to find out who took the recording.
NeNe’s husband Gregg Leakes recently announced he was cancer-free after years of battling. The two have been open about their marriage struggles during his health issues.
The two looked amazing while celebrating New Year’s Eve together. NeNe shared a photo writing, “HAPPY NEW YEAR #theleakes #familyforlife #2020goals.”
