'Migos' Star Takeoff Sued For Allegedly Raping A Woman In Los Angeles

'Migos' star Takeoff is being sued for allegedly forcefully raping a woman inside of a house party, and the victim claims she was hospitalized and the case was investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, a woman who filed under 'Jane Doe' has accused the 'Migos' rapper of "Unlawful, physical, and forceful rape" inside of a party on June 23, 2020, in Los Angeles, CA.

In the lawsuit, the woman claims she was invited to a home in L.A by a friend who described the scene as having "loud music playing and several individuals were present." She claims at some point Offset arrived at the same get-together.

While inside the party, the alleged victim claims Takeoff began "staring at her, which made her extremely uncomfortable." At some point, later that evening, she says "Takeoff began talking to her and offered her marijuana."

The woman says she felt uncomfortable and witnesses an "a handgun sitting on a table" inside of the house.

In the documents, the woman claims she told her friend she had "no desire to engage in any sort of intimate relationship with Takeoff, and that he made her uncomfortable."

But, at some point, she claims while sitting on a bed inside the home, she witnessed an argument between her friend and Takeoff. In the filing, she claims, "Shortly thereafter, the door of the bedroom opened, and Takeoff walked in. Takeoff began touching her buttocks."

The suit claims the woman "clearly and unequivocally refused Takeoff's advances and stated to Takeoff that she did not want to have sex with him."

At that point, she alleges the famous rapper, "grabbed her flipped her over face-down, and pulled down her clothing. Takeoff then proceeded to have forceful sexual intercourse with her from behind, without her consent."

It continued, "After Takeoff finished raping her, he immediately left the room."

In the lawsuit, the woman claims she sought medical care at a nearby hospital that same day, where "hospital staff observed evidence of a forceful rape and notified Los Angeles Police Department of the same."

It's unclear if the case is still under investigation by the LAPD.

The alleged victim filed a lawsuit for Sexual Battery, Assault, and False Imprisonment and claims she "suffered and continues to suffer economic damages, as well as severe emotional and physical harm, humiliation, distress, embarrassment, and anxiety as a result of Takeoff's conduct."
