Rapper Rick Ross is now accusing his baby mama of keeping his kids away from him -- as he continues to fight her in what is turning out to be an all-out custody war.

The Maybach Music CEO has now countersued the mother of his children after she claimed the rapper had thrown her and the children out of his Florida mansion.

Ross, who filed the documents under his real name William L. Roberts, is asking for joint custody of the children and says his baby mama is now exhibiting "erratic behaviors."

In legal documents, obtained by, Ross is claiming Camille is keeping his kids away from him while she drags out this custody case. He also claims she is currently in possession of a company vehicle that she is not returning.

“Defendant asserts that he will not be able to exercise parenting time with the minor children without the intervention of the court to ensure that parenting time is granted,” Ross said in the documents.

As for the ride, he says she has a Mercedes GL SUV that belongs to Maybach Music that she will not return.

Rick Ross claims he IS paying sufficient child support and is asking he be awarded joint custody of three-year-old Berkeley and two-year-old Billion.

In the documents, the rapper claims Camille is now “engaging in erratic behaviors” while dealing with the situation. As we reported, Briana is allegedly pregnant with the couple's third child.

Several days ago, Briana filed her own custody documents telling the court the rapper tossed her family out of his home and is not paying child support. Both parties now agree, based on DNA tests, that Ross IS the father of both children.

Becoming An Full-Blown Custody War!

As for dragging out the case, Ross claims Briana is unnecessarily prolonging the case, by initially refusing to take a DNA test back in February.

But, after he filed a motion asking for the test, he says Camille complied. Ross is upset saying the situation is racking up legal bills.

It appears this is turning into a nasty custody battle, and both sides are accusing each other of being the bad person. Ross even took to Instagram and called Camille names.

The good news, it didn't seem to keep Ross from enjoying the Memorial Day weekend weather!
