Rapper Future Sues Alleged Baby Mama Eliza Reign For Spilling Details About Their Sex & His Penis

Rapper Future has slapped his alleged baby mama Eliza Reign with a lawsuit demanding she stop talking about his penis.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Future is suing Eliza for libel, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
He says this lawsuit arises from Eliza’s disclosure of “intimate facts learned about” him “during private consensual sexual activity”. Future has not previously admitted to sleeping with Eliza.
Future says Eliza has talked about him on social media and interviews, which he wants to stop ASAP. The rapper says the things Eliza has revealed “constitute a shameful and outrageous invasion” of his rights to privacy. He says Eliza has no regard for human dignity and “cares only about increasing her popularity in an attempt to rise to fame and gained the economic proceeds there from on the basis of her private sexual consensual relationship” with him.
He says Eliza has disclosed “intimate and private details” about him, without his consent, “details which were learned by Defendant while she was” having sex with Future for the sole purpose of using his name to make herself famous.
Future admits to having a sexual relationship with Eliza from 2016 until 2018. He says if he knew Eliza would publicly talk about him he would have never slept with her.
The rapper says at one point she told him she was pregnant. Future says she then began harassing him daily with phone calls. He had to change his number to avoid Eliza’s “harassment.”
Future says Eliza then decided to troll him online by selling shirts that read “1-800-Deadbeat” and even posted a lengthy statement about him. He brought up her publicly saying he refused to take a DNA test but never asking for one in court. Shortly before the lawsuit was filed, Eliza did file a motion seeking Future to submit to a DNA test.
In his lawsuit, he brought up Eliza’s recent interview with Rahi Ali, where she spilled tea on their situation. Future was not pleased with her “vivid description of Plaintiff’s genitalia” and her disclosing “details of their private sexual encounters.”
Future says Eliza has caused him to suffer from “substantial embarrassment, humiliation and hurt feelings.” He is pleading for the court to slap Eliza with an injunction prohibiting her from talking about him. He is also suing for unspecified damages from his alleged baby mama.
Last year, Eliza sued Future for paternity, child support and custody. She accuses him of being the father to her daughter Reign.
The rapper has pleaded for a gag order in the case, accusing Eliza of trashing him publicly. He recently asked the court to force her to undergo a mental examination. He claims to fear for his safety and believes she is mentally unstable.
The case is ongoing.
