Rapper Future Sued By Baby Mama Eliza Reign, Accused Of Never Meeting His 1-Year-Old Daughter

Rapper Future has been hit with legal papers by his baby mama Eliza Reign who accuses him of never meeting his 1-year-old daughter Reign.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Eliza has filed a countersuit against Future in federal court.
Future is suing Eliza accusing her of defamation and ruining his reputation. He admitted having a sexual relationship with Eliza from 2016 until 2018. He said once she became pregnant she started harassing him with daily phone calls.
In his lawsuit, the rapper pleaded for an injunction prohibiting Eliza from speaking about him publicly. He took issue with interviews and public statements she gave about the paternity lawsuit and him.
Recently, a judge threw out the majority of Future’s claims including his request for an injunction. However, he allowed the rapper to file an amended complaint with better arguments.
Eliza is now responding to the amended complaint and trashing Future in the process. In newly filed documents, Eliza says she has no “privacy agreement” with Future and is allowed to speak freely.
She writes, “For over a year, the Plaintiff herein has refused to acknowledge his paternity of the parties’ minor child, has never paid a penny in support for the minor child, and in fact is never even met the minor child. Moreover, the Plaintiff has violated numerous orders of the court in the underlying paternity case pertaining to both DNA testing and discovery, and continues to stall and delay those matters, and use his other related proceedings (the preceding herein and his similarly frivolous domestic violence proceedings) to attempt to exert pressure upon the Defendant to dismiss or unfavorably resolve the paternity matter.”
Eliza says despite the DNA test proving Future is the father, he refuses to see his kid or pay a dime in support. She is suing Future for defaming her name by refusing to admit he was the biological father.
She says Future ran around making false allegations about her mental health, sexual misconduct, her having committed crimes, and claims she harassed him.
The docs note, “Ms. Wilburn has stated in public forums on both the internet and in his music that Ms. Seraphin (whom he refers to as a “Hoe”) “stole my last name”.
She explains, “This allegation that Ms. Seraphin “stole my last name” refers to Mr. Wilburn’s misguided idea that Ms. Seraphin was somehow able to unilaterally impregnated herself with Mr. Wilburn’s DNA (rather than because of the 2 years of unprotected sex the parties had previously engaged in), and that by giving the child who was subsequently conceived as a result of these sexual relations Mr. Wilburn’s last name, that Ms. Seraphin thereby “stole” Mr. Wilburn’s last name.
Further, she says Future trashed her in multiple songs and portrayed her as money hungry. She is suing Future for unspecified damages.
As The Blast previously reported, a DNA test recently came back proving Future is the father to Eliza’s 1-year-old daughter Reign. Eliza believes Future should pay her around $53,000 a month in temporary child support. Future believes the kid only needs around $450 a month to cover expenses.
A judge has yet to rule on the issue of child support.
