Ralphie May's former Memphis home has been sold by his widow for $788,000.
Back in January, May’s widow, Lahna Turner, listed the comedian’s Memphis home for $900k, nearly four months after his sudden death.
The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is a little over 3,000 sq. ft. and has been freshly painted. The listing even referred to it as "the former home of Ralphie May."
Turner found a buyer recently at the price of $788k, much less than the $900k she was asking for originally.
As The Blast first reported, the comedian wanted to sell his home during his divorce, in part to help pay off his lawyers. He believed after paying off some debt, he could make over $600,000 from the sale.
