'Queer Eye' Teams With 'Japanese Beyoncé' for New Season In Tokyo

The Fab 5 is taking on a new city for the next installment of the popular Netflix series, and this time it will all go down in Japan!

"Queer Eye: We're In Japan" was just revealed as a special season for the heartwarming makeover reality show.

In the trailer for the new season, revealed Monday by Netflix, Jonathan Van Ness, Tan France, Antoni Porowski, Bobby Berk, and Karamo Brown arrive in Tokyo, Japan and quickly immerse themselves in the rich culture.


From dancing in the streets, experiencing Japanese cuisine and working on their martial arts skills, the "Queer Eye" stars are seen making a huge impact with the citizens of Japan.

We're even treated to a Far East "Yasss Queen!"


While in Tokyo, they join forces with famous Japanese comedian and actress, Naomi Watanabe, who is known as the "Japanese Beyoncé."

Watanabe is known for impersonating popular icons in Japanese culture, but rose to fame in 2008 for her cover version of Beyonce's "Crazy In Love."

The trailer for "Queer Eye: We're In Japan" showcases the Fab 5 showcases moments of sadness with triumphant bouts of celebration, and reveals how the methodology of the "Queer Eye" stars translates across the globe, no matter what language they speak.
