Prince Charles Has Spoken To William & Harry About Coronavirus Diagnosis

Prince Charles has contracted Coronavirus, the palace confirmed on Wednesday, and he's been on the phone with Prince William and Harry filling them in on his diagnosis. The heir to the throne has also informed his 93-year-old mother Queen Elizabeth II, who "remains in good health" while self-isolating at Windsor Castle. Prince Charles was last seen with his sons on March 9 for an event at Westminster Abbey to mark Harry and Meghan Markle's last official royal duty before stepping down as senior working royals later that month.

Camilla Doesn't Have It:


According to PEOPLE, Charles remains in "good health" amid his Coronavirus diagnosis and has been working from home with his wife, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. She reportedly does not have the virus. “Both of them remain in good spirits. There is a sense of keeping calm and carrying on. The duchess is concerned for him but she is aware of his own good spirits and therefore is keeping a close eye on him and mindful of her own situation,” a source close to the royal family told the outlet.

Quarantining In Scotland:


A Clarence House spokesperson confirmed Prince Charles' positive diagnosis early this morning, stating, “The Prince of Wales has tested positive for Coronavirus. He has been displaying mild symptoms but otherwise remains in good health and has been working from home throughout the last few days as usual.” The statement continued by stating that Prince Charles and Camilla are currently quarantining in Scotland. “The Duchess of Cornwall has also been tested but does not have the virus. In accordance with Government and medical advice, the Prince and the Duchess are now self-isolating at home in Scotland,” it read.

Harry & Meghan Are Still In Canada:


The Prince of Wales began feeling symptoms over the weekend and completed the test on Monday. He was first made known the positive diagnosis on Tuesday. Prince Charles does not know where he contracted Coronavirus from. “It is not possible to ascertain from whom the Prince caught the virus owing to the high number of engagements he carried out in his public role during recent weeks," the statement continued. Prince William, Kate Middleton, and their three children are reportedly self-isolating at their Sandringham country estate, Anmer Hall. Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and their son are currently in Canada.
