Retired Porn Star Randy Spears Ready To Get Back To Hollywood After Years Out Of The Business

Legendary porn star Randy Spears is ready to get back into the entertainment industry after recently being discovered working in a Texas grocery store.

Daily Mail broke the story, 58-year-old Randy is currently working at a Woodland, Texas H-E-B store in the fish department. He shot his last porn film in 2011 and officially retired from the business in 2015.

The ex-porn star is one of the most famous adult film actors in the world. He has starred in countless scenes and won numerous AVN Awards during his career.

Randy was quite successful outside of porn with Seth MacFarlane hiring him for “American Dad.” He appeared on multiple episodes of the hit animated show and had a lucrative voice-over career.

Randy told Daily Mail, “The reason I got into porn is because I needed to eat. I'm resourceful. And I did it again – now I sell fish. You got to do what you got to do.I need to eat, pay my bills. It has been pretty humbling after having people line up round a city block for my autograph and photo, after being a movie star and being famous.”

We’re told Randy is ready to get back into the entertainment business. Sources tell The Blast, Spears is working to get his acting and voice-over career back in action. The recent Daily Mail story has sparked renewed interest in the iconic star and offers have started to come in.

Sources say Randy is grateful for the continued support he received from his large fan base and ready to show them more. He is also currently working on a memoir that will discuss his years in the business.

Fun Fact: Randy was married to Gina Rodriguez, who is one of the few porn stars to successfully crossover into mainstream. Rodriguez is a celebrity manager and co-star on the hit We TV show "Mama June: From Hot To Not."
