Pink's Husband Carey Hart Dedicates Sweet Post To Daughter Willow On Her 9th Birthday

By Jeff Mazzeo

Carey Hart's daughter may be "full of piss and vinegar" but he wouldn't have it any other way.

The motocross legend and husband of P!nk shared a special tribute post on Tuesday to celebrate his daughter, Willow's 9th birthday. The proud papa posted two adorable pictures that featured his little girl as a baby and a little more grown-up. Pink and Carey have been spending a lot of time with their kids while the whole world was stuck at home. The singer shared some of their hilarious mishaps during this time but overall it appears to have made their family bond stronger.

Touching Birthday Tribute

Hart penned a lengthy tribute because he had no shortage of words to describe his love for his 9-year-old muse.

"My sweet daughter willow. Where do I start. You have shown me what love of a child is all about. You changed my life from the moment your mama was pregnant. I always wanted to be a father and thank you for choosing me as your papa," he wrote on Instagram.

"You impress me everyday you walk this planet. You are smart, thoughtful, compassionate, full of piss and vinegar, physical, and a lil shit!!!! One of the biggest joys I have with you is watching you grow into your own independent person each day that passes. You are gonna change the world one day, munchkin. I could not me more proud and in love with you. Have a great 9th birthday. Thank you mama @pink for cooking a good one."

Daddy's Haircut

Willow actually made news back in March when she gave her dad a not so great haircut. Carey anxiously sat shirtless while his daughter buzzed him.

"We’ve lost it. But we’re together! AT HOME," the star captioned her cute post.

The 9-year-old quickly handed the trimmer over to daddy so he could take over where she left off. "I'm gonna need you to clean it up," Hart told Pink at the time.

Carey's Instagram picture from last month revealed that he is still rocking the buzz cut.

The Whole Family Was Very Sick From The Virus

In early April, Pink admitted that her family and she were sick and had been under quarantine at their home.

"Two weeks ago my three-year old son, Jameson, and I are were showing symptoms of COVID-19," the "Just Give Me A Reason" artist wrote on Instagram.

"Fortunately, our primary care physician had access to tests and I tested positive. My family was already sheltering at home and we continued to do so for the last two weeks following the instruction of our doctor. Just a few days ago we were re-tested and are now thankfully negative."

Their Generous Donation

After being granted a clean bill of health, Pink donated $1 million to organizations to help support nurses and doctors.

"In an effort to support the healthcare professionals who are battling on the frontlines every day, I am donating $500,000 to the Temple University Hospital Emergency Fund in Philadelphia in honor of my mother, Judy Moore, who worked there for 18 years in the Cardiomyopathy and Heart Transplant Center," Pink wrote at the time.

"Additionally, I am donating $500,000 to the City of Los Angeles Mayor’s Emergency COVID-19 Crisis Fund. THANK YOU to all of our healthcare professionals and everyone in the world who are working so hard to protect our loved ones. You are our heroes! These next two weeks are crucial: please stay home. Please. Stay. Home.❤️"
