Orlando Bloom debuted his sweet new tattoo but there is only one problem... his son's name is spelled wrong!
The "Lord Of The Rings" actor got Flynn tattooed on his right forearm in morse code. Flynn is the name of the 9-year-old son he shares with his ex, Miranda Kerr. Bloom excitedly shared a picture of the new ink with his millions of followers.
"new #tattoo can you guess who?" he wrote before answering a fan's comment where he confirmed, “It’s Flynn in MORSE CODE and his dob and time,” according to Entertainment Tonight
Loads of followers were impressed by the sweet gesture but some fans had to be the barriers of bad news.

Bloom apparently has fans that are well versed in Morse code and they commented that unless his son changed his name, it is not spelled correctly.
“If the Morse code is supposed to spell out Flynn then there is a mistake,” one fan wrote while another said, “I’m sorry but that tattoo most definitely says ‘Frynn.'”
"It’s a lovely idea and a beautiful tattoo. But if it is indeed morse code, I think it says ‘Frynn,’ not ‘Flynn,'” a third fan noted.

In addition to the tatt pic, Orlando shared a smiling picture of himself posing with the tattoo artist who also shared the pic on his Instagram. The artist was very proud of the ink but admitted to the mistake.
"a beautiful reminder for @orlandobloom of his son ?? and yes, a dot is missing, we know, it will be fixed :)," Bloom's artist wrote on social media.
Dot or no dot, it's the thought that counts.
Bloom and Kerr welcomed Flynn in 2011 after tying the knot in 2010. The duo split in 2013 and Kerr is now married to Snap Inc. CEO Evan Spiegel. Orlando moved on with pop superstar, Katy Perry and their romance has been well documented. Perry and Kerr support each other and have a great relationship where they attend each other's events. If they can figure out how to co-parent and have a harmonious relationship, we're sure they can figure out the tattoo snafu.
