One Direction star Louis Tomlinson is trying to unload his massive Los Angeles mansion once again.
According to Homes.com, Louis has relisted his 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 6,000 sq. ft. mansion. He originally purchased the pad for $7.3 million in 2016.
Last year, Louis attempted to sell off the property for $6.995 million. The home sat on the market for several months before he took it off in April 2020. He decided to put it back up for sale at the asking price of $6,750,000.
The property listing touts the previous residents, “The former home of Oscar winners, writers, and producers, it is a modern classic filled with sophisticated spaces, Art Deco flourishes, & a sweeping view of the explosive Los Angeles skyline.”
The home promises to be, “ideal for entertaining, w/ an effortless flow and a bond between indoors and out. Highlights include a screening room, an airy formal dining room, a wine cellar with decorative mirrored doors, three guest suites, and a chefs kitchen with warm wood and clean lines of marble & stainless-steel.”
Further, “the master suite includes a walk-in closet & a luxurious bath w/ a spacious shower & an enviable soaking tub. Once outside, the jaw dropping views become even more real on the expansive terrace with dining area, a sitting area with an outdoor firepit, and an infinity edge pool and spa, creating the perfect spot for appreciating the cinematic views of Downtown Los Angeles, and the Hollywood Sign.”
Louis lived in the home with his ex-girlfriend Danielle Campbell.
As The Blast previously reported, Louis isn’t the only celebrity making real estate moves. Courteney Cox recently unloaded her West Hollywood condo for $2.9 million. The “Friends” actress scored a $400,000 profit on the deal. She still owns another unit in the famed Sierra Towers building located in West Hollywood.
