Ex-NFL star Antonio Brown will be grilled for a second time by his former landlord, as part of a nasty court battle.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Brown will sit for another deposition on December 12 in Florida.
The decision came after his first deposition ended in a nasty dispute. His ex-landlord accused Brown of acting “belligerent” during the original depo. In court documents, the landlord claimed Brown was “extremely noncompliant and flagrantly disorderly.” He said his “shameful behavior” warrants an order requiring him to sit for another deposition and sanctions. He demanded Brown also be hit with $10,000 in sanctions. Brown denied the allegations and claimed he was ambushed.
The judge did not order sanctions against Brown but scheduled the second deposition.
