“Glee” star Naya Rivera is sending chills down her fans’ back as police continue their search after she disappeared while boating with her four-year-old son. Her followers were quick to notice the last few posts the actress had shared on social media, with one almost being a look into her future. As The Blast reported, Naya Rivera went missing on Wednesday, July 8 after diving into Lake Piru in Ventura County on Wednesday evening and vanishing without a trace.
Her toddler son, Josey Hollis Dorsey, was found on the boat alone and told law enforcement that his mom jumped into the lake and never came back up. Divers began searching late in the afternoon and continued on Thursday morning. Ventura County Sheriff’s Office has now officially changed the status from search and rescue to recovery, adding they now believe the 33-year-old actress is dead. Moments ago, authorities announced they have still not found a body after a day of searching and they are holding a press conference at 3 PM.

Just six days ago, Naya Rivera shared a selfie with an eerie caption about tomorrow not being a guarantee. In the sweet selfie, the “Glee” star is seen smiling at the camera while sitting on the floor in a white button-up shirt. “No matter the year, circumstance, or strifes everyday you’re alive is a blessing,” she wrote. “Make the most of today and every day you are given. tomorrow is not promised.” After she went missing, fans flooded her post with well wishes.
“This caption… After she’s missing and presumed dead. Heartbroken,” one person wrote. “This is just too surreal,” added another. “This caption is so eerie right now,” shared a third. Others aren’t giving up hope. “Praying they find you,” someone commented. “Praying for your return to your baby,” wrote a second. “I hope to God you are found alive and well,” posted another.
Fans also noticed the last Instagram post that Naya Rivera ever shared which was taken on the day she went missing. In the photo, she’s sweetly kissing her son. Captioning the snap, “just the two of us,” many pointed out the strange connection to Eminem‘s song about drowning his ex-wife.
