Naya Rivera Re-Files for Divorce from Husband Ryan Dorsey

Naya Rivera has once again filed for divorce from her husband, Ryan Dorsey.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Rivera filed the divorce docs on Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court. In the documents, Rivera cites irreconcilable differences.
Rivera is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their 2-year-old son, Josey Hollis Dorsey, and wants the judge to block either side from getting spousal support.
The former "Glee" star lists the date of separation as November 24, which is ironic because Rivera was arrested the next day after she and Dorsey got into an altercation. She was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery after Dorsey claimed she struck him in the head while on a walk with their child.
Rivera initially filed for divorce last November, but dismissed her filing back in October.
