Naya Rivera Arrested for Domestic Battery, Allegedly Hit Husband

Update: Cops tells us the fight between Naya and Ryan stemmed from an argument over their kid. We're also told Ryan did not need medical attention for his injuries.

Naya Rivera was arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery after her husband claimed the former "Glee" star struck him in the head while on a walk with their child.

Rivera was arrested Saturday night at a home in Chesapeake, West Virginia after Ryan Dorsey told cops she hit him in the head and the lip while out on a walk with their two-year-old son.

Dorsey gave officers a cellphone video allegedly showing the attack by Rivera. After viewing the video and injuries to Dorsey, Rivera was placed under arrest.

She was taken into custody and arraigned at 12AM Sunday morning, and then released after posting a $1,000 bond. Her father-in-law picked her up from the jail.

As The Blast previously reported, the couple called off their divorce last month, but it was unclear at the time if they were reconciling the relationship.
