Meryl's Streep's daughter, Grace Gummer, has filed for divorce from keyboardist Tay Strathairn even though it was never publicly reported the two were ever married.

In legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Grace Gummer filed for 'dissolution of marriage' on Monday, against her longtime partner Tay Strathairn.

Gummer, who starred in the hit TV show 'Mr. Robot' is the daughter of Meryl Streep and sculptor Don Gummer.

Back in 2017, it was reported that Grace and Tay had started dating after the two were seen together at one of Steven Spielberg's premieres, and their relationship went public.

Interestingly, Tay is the son of legendary actor David Strathairn who played alongside Meryl Streep in 'The River Wild.' The two famous kids apparently met while 7 and 13 respectively, while their parents were filming the movie. Hollywood can be a small world for famous kids.

The couple's romantic relationship was reported by several entertainment news outlets, but it seems no one knew the duo was actually married. Or, at least they did not go public with the marriage.

Gummer, who is one of Steep's four children, confessed on 'The Late Show' with Stephen Colbert, she was a huge fan of late chef Anthony Bourdain. 'He does it for me' the actress said about her famous crush.

She continued, "I almost threw myself on him and peed in my pants at the same time. 'He just has that...yeah he does it for me. I don't know. He's so cool. Yes! He has the best job ever and he's so good at it. And he has that voice."

Earlier this month, it was announced Gummer is joining the cast of 'Dr. Death' and will play a registered nurse who sparks up a relationship with the show's main character, who is played by Jamie Dornan, in a show based on the hit podcast.
