'Love & Listings' Co-Creators Score New Atlanta Based Real Estate TV Show -- 'Hollywood Of The South!!'

The co-creators of VH1's hit reality show 'Love & Listings' are launching a new celebrity-based real estate show in Atlanta and it will feature the buying and selling of Georgia's most luxurious estates -- get ready for 'Hollywood Of The South!'
We're told real estate moguls -- and show creatorsTai Savet and Sean Matthews -- are currently developing the new hit show and it will feature the ATL's top celebrity real estate agents.
The show will feature a roster of A-list celebrity clients and digital influencers and entrepreneurs while showcasing some of the biggest and most expensive mansion in the area.

The show will feature some of the area's top real estate top talent, including, Trey Williams, who is known as Atlanta’s go-to celebrity agent representing some of entertainment’s biggest names, including T.I., Lil Yachty, and Young Thug.
The producers also scored, Sarah Lowe, who was ranked as the No. 2 top producing agent in the state of Georgia in 2019 -- and -- Tahlia Diaz, owner of Haus Real Estate Group.
“The real estate market in Atlanta is booming,” said Matthews. Adding, “The market in L.A. has become so overpriced that it’s almost irrational for some of my luxury clients to continue to purchase properties here."

He continued, "Atlanta has not only been deemed the ‘Hollywood of the South,’ but buyers there has a tremendous amount of purchasing power and that, combined with an influx of new residents, results in a market that will continue to grow exponentially.”
Savet, who owns celebrity mega-firm 'Agents Of L.A' said, “As a producer, I don’t feel the story of Atlanta real estate has been told properly.
He contiuned, “I want to showcase the agents who are really making a difference, their grind to the top, and how they give back to their local communities.”

Back at home, Savet and Matthews represent some of the most famous and wealthy clients buying and selling top properties in Los Angeles.
The duo is currently featured on VH1's hit reality show, 'Love & Listings.'
As for how business is going, we obtained photos of Savet shopping for $1 Million dollar rides with singer Ray J -- following the recent announcement of his divorce being dismissed.
We're told the show's new set will include filming inside of a massive $4.1 Million estate in Sandy Springs, GA.
