Kris Jenner is being accused of groping and being inappropriate with an ex-security guard, and the shocking allegations are detailed in a new sexual harassment suit against the matriarch of the Kardashian family.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, a former bodyguard working for Kris Jenner has filed a lawsuit alleging he is the victim of a "pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances and otherwise harassing misconduct" at the hands of the 64-year-old “Keeping Up With the Kardashian” star.

The lawsuit for sexual harassment, hostile work environment, racial discrimination, and gender discrimination, was filed by a man, who we have chosen not to name, who claims he worked security for the Kardashian family starting in May 2017. The man, who describes his ethnicity as African American, explains he was assigned the security details for both Kris and Kourtney Kardashian. The eldest Kardashian daughter is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit.

The alleged victim claims that during his tenure with Kris Jenner, the reality star, “embarked on a pattern of conduct involving non-consensual physical contact with Plaintiff of an inappropriate and sexual nature."

Kris Jenner denies all the allegations made by the alleged victim.

According to the complaint, the alleged victim claims he was working for a “private security” company with a hub in Calabasas, CA, and explains that his chain of command consisted of a “joint venture” between his security company and Kris Jenner both acting as his direct superiors while on the job. In his lawsuit, the man makes shocking allegations against the famed Momager in what he calls a “persistent and shocking pattern of sexual harassment and gender discrimination."

The documents state that Jenner’s alleged harassment included:

“[Comments] directed at Plaintiff of an overt sexual nature, comments directed at Plaintiff's physical appearance, comments inquiring as to Plaintiff's sexual activities, comments suggesting that Plaintiff engage in a romantic and sexual relationship, and comments concerning the physical appearance and sexual activities of other employees."

The former security guard also claims Jenner was responsible for "repeatedly and frequently causing her body to come into intimate physical contact" with his body.

The alleged unwanted contact included:

"Massaging (his) neck, shoulders, arms and back without consent, causing her hand to rest on (his) thigh and groin, causing her pelvis to rub against (his) back and/or rear-end without consent or approval, causing her hands to come into contact with (his) rear-end without consent or approval," and "exposing portions of her body to Plaintiff in a lewd or suggestive manner."

The man explains that he eventually "expressly informed" Jenner that the misconduct was unwelcomed and asked her to "immediately cease and desist" any such further misconduct.

The situation was allegedly escalated to the HR department of the security company, but the lawsuit states that no action was taken. However, the alleged victim believes he was intentionally retaliated against for "his complaints concerning unwanted sexual advances and other harassment." He believes the group engaged on an attack of his character, including "fabricated" false disciplinary excuses for "tardiness” and “false claims of a poor attitude."

Furthermore, the alleged victim claims he was “suspended” from his work shifts with Kris Jenner but was still allowed to work security detail with Kourtney.

According to the lawsuit, the former security guard was eventually fired on September 12, 2018, and immediately filed a claim with the Department Of Fair Employment and Housing over the incident.

The alleged victim claims the defendants then engaged in "harassment, intimidation and otherwise threatening misconduct in an effort to dissuade or prevent (him) from bringing any form of action," indicating that the Kardashian legal team may have been aware of this situation before the filing of the suit.

Along with the sexual harassment, the alleged victim, who is Black, claims he was subjected to racial discrimination and was specifically "routinely subjected to discrimination based upon (his) race.”

The racial discrimination allegedly included, "pervasive and cruel mockery, harassment, belittling, and otherwise humiliating mistreatment by defendants due to (his) race." The former security guard also claims he was "wrongfully terminated, in part, due to discrimination by defendants based upon race."

The alleged victim and his legal team did not name an exact figure for damages, but they believe he has experienced "severe and permanent pain and suffering and a severe shock and injury to the nervous system," as a result of his treatment and the situation. So, we’re guessing the number is going to be big.

The Kardashian's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells The Blast:

"Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the absurd claims as completely fabricated and false fiction without a scrap of truth to them. Kris categorically denies ever behaving inappropriately toward Marc McWilliams. The security guard worked outside the house and he never even went into Kris’s house. Furthermore, Kris had very little interaction with him. After the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car while on the job, the security company was asked not to assign him to work there in the future. Significantly, the guard never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim. Although Kourtney is named in the suit, she is not accused of doing anything improper with the guard, nor did she do so. It is outrageous that anyone can sue anyone in America and believe there is no recourse when pursuing fictional and meritless claims. When Kris and Kourtney defeat this ridiculous, frivolous lawsuit they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution."
