As we reported, Kevin Hart is being sued by Monica Sabbag for allegedly being involved in the production and recording of the sex tape.

In the lawsuit, she claims Kevin was after publicity that would come from the scandal, for his upcoming comedy special.

Hart denies any knowledge of the private tape being filmed or how it ended up in someone else's hands.

Bottom Line: It may be a little awkward when Kevin's waves to the guard's when driving in to his community.
