Planned Parenthood says Kanye West was ignorant when claiming they were placed in cities by white supremacists to "do the devil's work."

Kanye recently spoke to Forbes for a four-hour rambling interview where he spoke about his Presidential run, him no longer supporting Trump, and his view on Planned Parenthood.

He said he believes Planned Parenthood “have been placed inside cities by white supremacists to do the Devil’s work.” On abortion, he said, “I am pro-life because I’m following the word of the bible.

The Blast reached out to Planned Parenthood for their response to Kanye’s comments.

Nia Martin-Robinson, Director of Black Leadership and Engagement, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, tells The Blast, “Black women are free to make our own decisions about our bodies and pregnancies, and want and deserve to have access to the best medical care available.”

She continued, “Any insinuation that abortion is Black genocide is offensive and infantilizing. The real threat to Black communities’ safety, health, and lives stems from lack of access to quality, affordable health care, police violence and the criminalization of reproductive health care by anti-abortion opposition. At Planned Parenthood, we trust and we stand with Black women who have, and continue to lead the charge when it comes to the health, rights, and bodily autonomy of those in their communities.”

As The Blast previously reported, during the interview, Kanye claimed he was no longer supporting his buddy Donald Trump. In the same sit-down, Kanye admitted Trump’s White House and his son-in-law Jared Kushner were helping him get placed on the ballot for the 2020 election. Kanye missed several important deadlines and legally cannot be put on the ballot in key states. However, it appears Trump is helping him find a legal loophole to fix that problem. The revelation only adds to the belief Kanye is only running in an attempt to steal votes from Biden and help Trump get reelected.
