Josh Altman has added another addition to his real estate family!
The “Million Dollar Listing” star and his wife, Heather, welcomed their second child — a son — on Tuesday, July 16 at 5:42 AM at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles.
Altman announced the birth, revealing the baby’s name, on his social media Thursday.
“ACE DAVID ALTMAN,” the luxury real estate mogul, 40, posted. He came in weighing 6 lbs., 10 oz., and measured 20 inches at birth.
Giving an update on his 34-year-old wife and new baby, Altman added, “He’s a healthy baby and mommy Heather is doing great. She was as always a champ throughout the long birth.”
Heather’s pregnancy didn’t go perfectly. During the birth announcement, Daddy revealed that Ace was breach until the very last minute.
Saying the new baby is “a mover and a shaker,” he adds, “Breached baby, we tried every trick in the book from acupuncture to chiropractic to inverted crazy pregnancy exercises to finally having a successful ECV, little Ace turned head down just in time.”
The powerhouse duo are also parents to a daughter — Alexis “Lexi” Kerry — who’s 2 years old.
Making sure not to leave Lexi out, Altman adds that Ace’s big sister is ready to meet her younger sibling.
“We’re so excited to have this little legend as part of our family and can’t wait to have Lexi meet her little brother,” he wrote.
Ace’s dad is famous for being half of the Altman Brothers, known for selling the most exclusive and sought after real estate in Los Angeles.
Altman and his brother, Matt, first appeared in the reality show “Million Dollar Listing L.A.” in 2005.
Altman and Heather — who wed in Aspen, Colorado, back in April 2016 — announced the pregnancy with the help of Lexi.
Sharing a picture of her family and holding the sonogram, Heather posted the news in February.
“19 weeks + 4 days until we meet our baby boy! But who’s counting?” she wrote.
Congrats to the happy couple!
