'Jersey Shore' Gang Back Together After Snooki 'Retires' From Show

The "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" crew is back together weeks after Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi announced she was leaving the MTV show after her children received threats to their lives. Snook was seen with her kids posing alongside Jenni "JWoww" Farley and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino for fellow co-star Deena Cortese's son Christopher John's first birthday on Saturday. Snooki shared a photo of the group with their offspring at the fun circus-themed bash. Taking to social media, Snooki wished "CJ" a happy birthday and hashtagged the snap, "second family" and "best friends."

The Sitch, who's the only one pictured without a child, reciprocated the love by posting the photo too. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY CJ," he captioned the snap while adding a love heart and baby emoji. He also hashtagged, "Uncle Sitch" and "Aunt Laurens" for his wife, Lauren Sorrentino. Besides most of the "Jersey Shore" crew, the circus-themed party also included a juggler, face painting, balloon animals and the birthday boy dressed as a circus leader with an adorable teeny top hat and flashy red coat.

As The Blast reported, Snooki revealed she was done with the "Jersey Shore" franchise and if MTV decided to film another season of "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" she was out. Announcing her retirement on her podcast, "It's Happening With Snooki and Joey," last month, Snooki told listeners fans have become too serious over the show's drama to the point where the star is worried about her children's safety. The original meatball then dropped the bombshell that her kids have even received death threats.
"I am not coming back to Jersey Shore for Season 4 if there is one. And there's a lot of reasons why, but the main reason is... I just can't do it anymore," Snooki told fans. With viewers taking extra interest in drama like the cheating scandal between JWoww, her boyfriend, Zack Carpinello, and fellow co-star Angelina Pivarnick, she said, "People take it too seriously to where I'm getting death threats with my kids." Snooki is a mom of three and her babies include her 7-year-old son Lorenzo, 5-year-old daughter Giovanna and 6-month-old son Angelo.
