Jenelle Evans' Husband David Eason May Have Legal Issues After Admitting Dog Killing

Jenelle Evans and David Eason have been having a few fun days in NYC while doing press around the former "Teen Mom" star's cosmetics line, but may have revealed too much around the death of their french bulldog.
The two ex reality stars have been piggybacking on New York Fashion Week while promoting a new lip kit from Jenelle's line, JE Cosmetics.
As we reported, Eason was recently under investigation by the Columbus County Sheriff's Office in North Carolina after Jenelle had accused her husband of killing her french bulldog, Nugget.
During the investigation, Jenelle claimed she made the story up for publicity, and officials eventually declined to file charges, claiming there was insufficient evidence to prove Eason had violently euthanized the animal.
The two sat down with People on Monday while out in NYC, and Eason finally confirmed that he did kill Nugget.
"This was something that nobody wants to ever have to do. The dog was aggressive," Eason explained.
He said, "She might not be huge or whatever, but you know when a dog bites a child on the face more than one time, then it should never be around the child again."
The 31-year-old continued: "If you call the authorities at that point, the law says the dog has to be euthanized. I’m not going to pay anyone to euthanize my dog when I could do it myself."

Everyone has picked up on the interview, including someone Eason may not be happy about.
An official for the Columbus County Sheriff's Office tells The Blast, "The investigators are aware of the interview."
It's unclear if officials will now reopen the investigation into the death of Nugget, especially with Eason's self-admission of guilt.
If the case is reopened, he would once again be facing animal cruelty charges.
Evans and Eason temporarily lost custody of their children over the incident, and worked hard to prove their home is safe enough for the kids to return.
Even though fans are now lashing out at Eason over the killing of the dog, Evans has moved on from it, and explained that she forgives her husband.
