Iskra was seen Tuesday hanging out at Seaside Heights Boardwalk, where the famed "Jersey Shore" was first taped.

Instead of working on her GTL, Iskra was playing frisbee while wearing a killer red, white and blue visor.

She also showed off some impressive hands, and caught a return throw during the frisbee session.

Luckily, no Guidos intervened and ruined the good time.

After working up a sweat Iskra hit the water, and by the expression on her face ... it was quite chilly.

The 28-year-old model confidently waded through the water in her sexy bikini, and truly embodies her messages to young fans.

The body positive role model has frequently spoken out about her own struggles with body image, and recently told Women's Health, "Relatively I was just a normal, healthy-looking teen. But I developed body dysmorphia and an eating disorder because I had these unrealistic comparisons."

After learning to love herself, Iskra explained that she also removed negative words from her life, including "cellulite."

She told the magazine, "If you can get rid of that negative terminology or embrace it, it’s going to make you feel better."

She spoke about retouching during photo shoots, and how an early experience opened her eyes.

“A team of people decided these things made me more beautiful," Iskra explained, adding, "But these were things I couldn’t achieve. I never realized the impact it had on me, but I then thought about the impact it had on everyone consuming these images. It can be so damaging for your mental health and body image."
