Interestingly enough, days ago she was on the stage with Blake Shelton at the Mid-State Fair in Paso Robles, CA.

Her country singing beau was scheduled to perform on Sunday and Stefani sat on the sidelines cheering Shelton on.

When he called her out on stage to perform, he not only surprised the crowd, his call surprised his Grammy winning girlfriend too.

The crowd lost their minds when the singer came made her way to the stage.

Stefani and Shelton shared the spotlight belting out their 2016 hit, “Go Ahead and Break My Heart."

She only joined his set for one single song before retreating to support her man from backstage, but she seemed pretty healthy and in really good spirits.
