As we reported, Drew’s ex-fiancee Dr. Amie Harwick was murdered over the weekend after an alleged attack by her ex-boyfriend.
Harwick fell off of a third-story balcony as a result of the struggle and succumbed to her injuries. Police officers say they responded to the Hollywood Hills home after they recieved reports of a woman screaming. According to KTLA, when they arrived they encountered a man in the street who said his ‘roommate’ was being attacked inside her home. The person jumped into a neighbor’s yard to get help.
Cops arrested Gareth Pursehouse for the murder and are holding him on $2 million bail.
Amie and Dre starting dating back in 2017, and announced they were engaged sometime in 2018. But, less than a year later the couple split. Amie was Drew’s therapist before the couple became romantic.
It was reported, Dr. Harwick filed for a restraining order against Pursehouse and had issues with him in the past.
