Dr. Pimple Popper -- See This Nose Squirt A Ton Of 'White Worms' All Over The Place!

Dr. Pimple Popper gets the surprise of a lifetime after she attempts to pop a little blackhead on this patient's nose...let's just say there is nothing LITTLE about what comes out of his face!!
"Who else is loving those nose pops?!" Dr. Sandra Lee captioned the newest Instagram video.
In the clip, you can see that the doctor decides to use her extraction tool to get at the side of his nose, and when she does it BLOWS!! Let's just say there are WAY more than just one!
As the doctor continues to put pressure on the area, the whole side of his nose comes unglued with whiteheads!
TONS of little 'white worm' looking things start squirting out of it in every direction!
"Breathtaking," is all one fan could say after watching the video. "I wish this is my nose. I need this pops now. Lol," another added.
Not everyone is pumped on the good doctor using a tool to get as this thing, many of the popaholics want to see her squeeze it!

Joking aside, there is nothing little about this one. In the clip, the doctor slice open the top of the skin to get at the lipoma underneath. You know what happens next!
As she squeezes with both hands, a huge brain looking substance comes oozing ou! -- The doctor literally catches it in her hands!
