Dr. Pimple Popper's job comes with some inherent risk like getting squirted with all types of bodily fluids when she goes in for a squeeze. But, we have never actually seen a cyst explode right in her face...UNTIL NOW!!
"Love those secret finds! ?" Dr. Sandra Lee captioned the video, after showing how it hid itself under this patient's hair on his head.
In the video, it begins with the normal slice and dice of the top of the cyst...but you will be SHOCKED at what happens next!
This massive cyst EXPLODES right in the doctor's face...and it actually squirts across the room!
Don't worry, Dr. Lee wears a mask in these type situations, but you can literally hear this thing fire in the video. It's crazy!
"I love when they fight back lol" one fan said after seeing it fly. "That squirt tho," another added.
As the cyst fires, it is hard not to duck for cover while watching it from home! "Yup definitely screamed and jumped back from my screen...?" one person said.

After cleaning herself up, the doctor then extracts the entire thing from his head, "Omg it looks like you are pulling an eyeball from his head ?" a fan described it. Another added, "Looked like a pearl onion. ??" after it gets ripped out!

Speaking of quarters, Dr. Pimple Popper has had a rough week full of massive cysts that ooze all love her office and this one is no exception!!

This monster takes a few squeezes but the shocking amount of brown liquid that comes pouring out of this thing is almost too much to handle!!
