Dr. Pimple Popper has a massive cyst on her hands, and after she extracts this monster that exactly where it fires...all over her hands!

In the clip, you can see that this huge cyst has grown in right on this gentlemen's jawline, and in the video, the good doctor shows just how DEEP this thing goes!
As you can imagine, she is forced to slice the side of his cheek open to get access -- but when she does, you will not believe what comes out!

At first, it appears this cyst is going to be a run of the mill style pop with maybe a small bit of liquid, but when it fires it is UNREAL!
