Dr. Pimple Popper -- Watch This Head Explode 'Candy Corn' From Inside Giant Cyst!!

Dr. Pimple Popper is coming after every huge cyst, no matter how hard they try and hide on someone's body...and this massive head growth is about to meet the queen of all popping!!
"Goodbye pilar cyst! ?" Dr. Sandra Lee captioned the new video, after eyeballing her next victim.
In the clip, the good doctor takes her trusty black marker and draws an outline of where she is going to cut into this bad boy.
After she slices it open, the monstrous cyst comes unglued!!
As the doctor gives it a first giant squeeze, the cyst literally turns inside out -- looking like a flower blooming!!
"Damn! That was bigger than I thought. ?" one fan wrote after watching it fly!
"Yuck and so good at the same time!! Never seen such a big one in the skull before," another added.
But, this thing is not over by a longshot! You will never believe the size of the sack holding all of this white goodness in...

As Dr. Lee if ripping this giant cyst out of the patient's head...she says out loud -- you've got 'candy corn' spilling out of the back your head! It is classic!!

Bottom line -- This cyst pop is ok, but when you free up and pull out the sack, that's that ultimate fix!
Dr. Pimple Popper took on the biggest blackhead we have ever seen, and when she gets her hands on this monster it is internet gold!!
It is so big, Dr. Sandra Lee is forced to slice around the outside of the blackhead itself, just to get it prepared to squeeze!
"A Champion DPOW ?" she captioned the video.
BTW -- A DPOW is a 'dilated pore of winer.' These big ones grow when "dead skin cells at the surface of the skin get trapped and widen this pore, plugging up the opening."
