According to the documents, Dr. Dre's wife has requested, an "order for pendente lite spousal support, in the guideline amount of $1,936,399 per month, retroactive to September 1, 2020.
For those who aren't lawyers, pendente lite is a temporary amount paid to one side while the case is still pending. Obviously, when this is all over the amount may change based on a settlement or a judge's permanent order.
But, that's not all, Nicole is also asking a judge to order Dre to pay a stunning $5 million in fees for "attorney's and professionals" working with her on the divorce.
It should be noted, Dr. Dre is a billionaire, but these are some of the largest numbers that we have seen in any celebrity divorce.
We're told he believes it amounts to one simple thing, greed.

In the documents, Nicole is claiming she was an integral part of Dr. Dre's success over the years -- including the naming of his massively successful record label, 'Aftermath'.
As you know, it launched the careers of artists like Eminem, 50 Cent, and supported Dre's huge comeback after leaving 'Death Row Records.'
As we reported, Dr. Dre -- who is represented by Laura Wasser -- claims his entire hip-hip empire was created and managed outside of his marriage.
In the explosive document, filed by Samantha Spector and Lisa Meyer, Dre's wife is claiming she recieved a text message from the music mogul which essentially says he will wage "war" with her if she disrespects him during the divorce process.
According to the filing, she is also upset he is not paying her credit card bills. But, we're told his argument is that does pay for all of her expenses, including the Malibu beach house where she lives -- and luxury vehicles.
A source close to the situation tells us, Dr. Dre does not want to wage war, instead he is trying to settle the case as soon as possible and protect his children.
We broke the story, the ex-couple has been battling over the existence of a prenuptial agreement. Both sides have admitted a document exists, but Nicole has argued Dre ripped it up as a romantic gesture very early on in their marriage.
Plus, she is arguing the attorney who represented her at the time was connected to Dr. Dre.
On the other hand, Dr. Dre says the prenup is clear -- he operates several businesses and, has during the entire, marriage as his separate property. That includes a large portion of his massive $1 billion fortune. In his filings, Dre has even had his business managers keep the accounting separate.
