Members of the family that brawled at Disneyland earlier this week will now have to face the Orange County District Attorney for possible charges.
Law enforcement sources tell us that the Anaheim Police Department has sent over their investigation report for possible charges against the aggressors in the fight.
A spokesperson for APD tells us, “The case has been presented to prosecutors for review.”
To be clear, the police department will collect all information and evidence, then they will present the package to prosecutors who will decide what criminal charges are warranted.
When asked what charges may be filed in this case, the APD rep continued, “We send over a complete investigative package and the prosecutors make that determination.”

As we reported, a family violently brawled in Disneyland earlier this week.
The incident happened on Saturday night in the Toontown section of Disneyland. According to witnesses, it began with an argument between family members and escalated into an all-out brawl between them.
The incident was caught on tape by nearby bystanders. At the time, the police department took a report and let the parties go because they were not cooperative.
But, the decision to not make any arrests was BEFORE the video went viral online. The cops now have plenty of evidence of who committed which crimes.
In the video, you can see an altercation between two men, which quickly spiraled out of control and ends with women being punched and spit on, and one of the men being choked out by another man.
At the time, the APD told us, “When we arrived, the parties were separated. It was determined that they were all family members, and that they were all uncooperative and did not want anything done.”
Our sources say several of the people seen throwing punches could be charged with assault and battery.
According to California law, a charge like assault and battery could carry a six-month jail sentence. If anyone is formally arrested for this case, they will face a judge in Orange County Court.
