"Law & Order" creator Dick Wolf has finalized the terms of his split with his third wife just a few months after he filed for legal separation.

According to our sources, the couple had a prenuptial agreement in place but a source says that Wolf was "incredibly generous" despite the terms of the prenup.

Terms of the settlement are confidential but we're told he will pay Noelle Wolf over $100,000 per month in support. While that may sound like a lot (and it most certainly is!) another source tells us the couple's two kids are with Noelle nearly all of the time and Wolf makes around $15 million a month.

The judgment docs were filed by attorneys Joe Kibre and Jacqueline Misho (representing Dick) and Laura A. Wasser (representing Noelle).

The prolific television creator filed for legal separation back in January after 12 years of marriage. The couple has two children together and Wolf has three other children from his second marriage.
