'RHOBH' Star Denise Richards Accuses Charlie Sheen Of Owing & Hiding $450,000 in Child Support

Denise Richards claims Charlie Sheen owes her almost a half a million dollars, and she believes he is hiding the money to avoid paying up.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star is taking her ex to court and asking a judge to force Charlie to pay what is allegedly owed in back child support for the former couple's two daughters, Lola and Sam.
According to the filing, Denise claims, "[Charlie] has squandered over $24,000,000 from the sale in his interest in 'Two and a Half Men' to pay his personal debts and to support his extravagant lifestyle at the expense of support payments for his children."
She also claims, "During the time frame since our last stipulation/order in 2016 he has failed to pay $450,000 in support while diverting over $600,000 in assets to adult family members and converting thousands of dollars into cash for his own personal use."
Denise does not explain which family members she claims Charlie is working with to "divert" money, nor does she explain the evidence she has to prove he is hiding money.

Her figures come after Charlie revealed, a few years back, that he had sold his interest in the hugely popular TV show for a whopping $24,000,000 cash payout.
Sources familiar with the situation tell The Blast a support deal was made between the two in 2016 to drastically lower the amounts Sheen would pay in support.
We're told the amount owed dipped to around $25,000 a month, which is far less than the $55,000 Denise was initially getting after the split.
In the request for the back child support, Denise also lays out her own personal expenses ... and claims her monthly bills add up to twice the amount of what she pulls in as an actress.
Denise breaks down her personal expenses:
Rent - $17,000
Maintenance and Repair - $3,100
Child Care - $13,000
Groceries - $3,000
Education - $3,000
Denise also claims she owes $9500 a month in payments on a $50,000 credit card balance, and a settlement for a lawsuit where she allegedly didn't pay stables that housed her horses.
In all, Denise states her monthly expenses total $56,290.
As far as income, the Denise lists her monthly income as an "actress" at $25,361.

Denise does point out that a large chunk of her income goes to support her third daughter, who has special needs.
"Eloise is a special needs child who requires 24 hour care and special education," the reality star explains.
7-year-old Eloise was diagnosed, when she was younger, with a chromosomal disorder that has effected her development.
Charlie has not yet responded, but will surely have a lot to say when the two face off in court in front of a judge.
