David Cassidy’s ex-girlfriend has gone to court demanding the late actor's estate cough up $15,000, for money she says she gave the late actor.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Maura Rossi is claiming she is owed money on an unpaid loan. She claims she loaned Cassidy $15,000 back in April 2014 and wants to get paid pack ASAP.

She doesn’t explain the reason behind the personal loan given to Cassidy. The estate has yet to respond to her statement of claim.

Rossi met David Cassidy in 2012 and the two began dating after he filed for divorce from his wife Susan. A few years ago, she was at the center of a rather bizarre incident involving Cassidy.

In 2014, Rossi allegedly used the "Find My Phone" app on her iPhone to track down where Cassidy was, which turned out to be another woman’s home. Police were called after Rossi showed up to the house and ended up getting into a fight with the woman, who had a bloody face when police arrived. Neither were arrested over the incident.

As The Blast first reported, Cassidy’s will explains his estate only has an estimated $150,000 in assets. The will stated his assets were to be awarded to his son Beau. The $150k could be dwindled down to nothing due to various lawyers, plus Rossi, filing claims totaling $186,840.02.
