Celebs Go Crazy For Kumail Nanjiani's 'Thirsty' Pic After Incredible Body Transformation for 'Eternals'

By Jeff Mazzeo

Comedian Kumail Nanjiani is used to entertaining the world with his hilarious acting but the dude got freakin' JACKED and several celebrities had to pick their jaws up off the floor when they saw his "thirsty" Instagram picture.

Nanjiani got in incredible shape shortly after he found out he got a role in the highly-anticipated Marvel movie, "Eternals" and he was very honest when he opened up about how he went from comedian bod to Super Hero size. Regardless of how it happened, Kumail is a dreamboat that will sail through your mind for the entire day after you see his ripped physique.

Kumail has always been honest in his comedy so he acknowledged that what he did is not normal and probably could not be achieved by anyone that does not have the support of a major studio behind them. That being said, he is extremely proud of his new hot bod and he had to share a little thirst trap for his fans.

"I never thought I’d be one of those people who would post a thirsty shirtless," Nanjiani wrote in the caption of his shirtless picture, "but I’ve worked way too hard for way too long so here we are. You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain. I found out a year ago I was going to be in Marvel’s Eternals and decided I wanted to transform how I looked."

The comedian started to get real with his followers.

"I would not have been able to do this if I didn’t have a full year with the best trainers and nutritionists paid for by the biggest studio in the world. I’m glad I look like this, but I also understand why I never did before. It would have been impossible without these resources and time. So big thanks to @grantrobertsfit who started working with me at the beginning of the year and made me understand true physical pain for months and months."

The ripped actor ended his post with a little joke and by thanking his supportive wife for dealing with all his gym rat conversations and attitude over the past year.

"I can almost touch my toes now. (And thank you for forcing me to do cheat meals David.) Matthews Street Catering for their delicious and healthy meals. And finally, the biggest thanks goes to @emilyvgordon for putting up with me complaining and talking about only working out and dieting for the last year. I promise I’ll be interesting again some day."

All of his famous friends were so proud of the star's work and, more importantly, his admission that not everyone can transform themselves as he did.

"It's Always Sunny In Philidelphia" actro Rob McElhenney celeb's comment is significant because he actually gained weight for a role and worked his butt off to get back in shape.

"It goes without saying that I support this with every fiber of my being," Rob commented. "A gauntlet has been thrown and a new bar set. In related news I have a movie pitch for you about two actors who ruin their comedy careers by getting fit but in the process truly find themselves. I’ll call you right after I fit in the four hour workout I must do now. Bless you."

Another comedian was jokingly offended by the "thirsty" snap.

"This is ridiculous. This means anyone can get fit," Chelsea Handler

Zachery Levi showed the actor some love by leaving several 💪👌💃 emojis and just about every famous comedian had something to say.

Whitney Cummings, Charlie Day and Ron Funches sent him some love but the list is too long to name every famous person he impressed.

All the celeb support was great but the comment that meant the most came from his wife, Emily V Gordon who said, "Worth it." while referencing all the boring gym conversations they had.
