As we reported, a large number of Britney's fans calling themselves the #FreeBritney movement, are protesting the conservatorship, believing she is being held in it against her will.

"She's been surrounded by a team of people since she was 15. So at what level does everyone walk away or at what level does that get reduced?" Bryan said about possibly ending the conservatorship.

Plus, Britney's brother questioned, on the Podcast, what it would be like if she was let out of the conservatorship.

"I know what she wants but at the end of the day, what is the reality of that? What is the practicality of that? So are you going to call and make reservations for yourself today?" he said.

He continued, "I'm sure it's going to be an adjustment. Let's say it does get let go and she's on her own -- everyday task stuff is probably -- it's a great challenge, but it's probably going to be."

Interestingly, Bryan specifically mentioned driving which, we're told, is something Britney has been fighting for more freedom to do in her life.

"She's the worst driver in the world-- I'm not lying. I mean bless her heart, she really is not a really good driver and she hasn't had to do that," Bryan said.

Britney is driven by security guards and personal drivers if she leaves the house.

Bryan Spears discussed the ongoing custody issues Britney has going on with Kevin Federline, saying, admitting they are primarily with their father.

"They're with their dad, Kevin," Bryan said.

At this point, Britney's case is in the hands of a Los Angeles County judge who will ultimately decide whether or not the conservatorship will continue. It should be noted, Britney has not formally filed to be let out of the conservatorship.
