Blac Chyna is throwing her baby daddy Rob Kardashian under the bus in a $2 million-dollar legal battle.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Chyna rushed to court following accusations Kardashian threatened to kill her former friend, Pilot Jones.
The lawsuit was brought by actor Pilot Jones (real name Justin C. Jones) against Kardashian and Chyna. Jones accused the former couple of publicly exposing him as gay in an Instagram post. He claimed they also leaked his phone number and sent him threatening messages. Kardashian and Chyna both demanded the case be dismissed.
Recently, Jones asked a judge to not dismiss Kardashian from the case. He attached screenshots of a group text conversations he had with Chyna and Kardashian. Jones claimed Kardashian threatened to hire a hitman and have him killed. Kardashian also used homophobic slurs during the convo.
In newly filed docs, Chyna says Jones can’t prove her Instagram post about him caused him harm. She writes, “Further, Jones failed to demonstrate that Chyna’s Instagram Post – as opposed to Defendant Rob Kardashian’s threatening text messages -- subjected him to “hatred, contempt, ridicule, or obloquy,” “caused him to be shunned or avoided,” or “had a tendency to injure him in his occupation.”
Chyna’s argument places the blame solely on Kardashian for any alleged harm. She is asking the court to dismiss her from the legal battle immediately.
