The video is graphic and takes fans through the entire process of her surgery.

Ruby Rose opened up about the scary incident for the first time on Thursday evening.

"To everyone asking about my new Pez dispenser scar on my neck... A couple of months ago I was told I needed an emergency surgery or I was risking becoming paralyzed," she wrote.

Revealing just how bad off she was, the actress continued, "I had herniated two discs doing stunts, and they were close to severing my spinal chord. I was in chronic pain and yet couldn’t feel my arms."

Thanking her doctor for his work, Ruby Rose added that she's "forever in your debt" for "allowing me to keep working and doing what I love."

The CW star doesn't get specific when this happened other than "a couple of months ago," which could ultimately be the reason she missed Comic-Con.

As The Blast reported, Ruby Rose devastated comic fans after revealing she would not be at the August event.

At the time, she blamed it on production saying the "Batwoman" team needed more time to finish the “ambitious episode.”

Ruby Rose's highly-anticipated show premieres on the CW October 6th.
