The fitness guru, who boasts over 11 million followers on Instagram, shared her daring/ revealing picture to give her fans a pick me up on Sunday. The risqué photo featured the blonde beauty fully stretched out while wearing very little. She had her firm butt firmly planted in the sand as she only wore a tiny little thong. Tammy really, really loves the beach!

Tammy’s “flexi mami” caption is a pretty true representation of her life. The star is the mother of two and just like her flexibility and fitness, she knows being a dedicated mother takes hard work.

Hembrow proudly showed off her little munchkins, Wolf and Saskia, and declared her undying love yesterday. Her little girl looked more like her twin in her latest post.

Hembrow used her very large social media platform to express her support for the Black Lives Matter movement and even shared pics and video for her time protesting in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

She was seen holding up a cardboard sign that read, “Black Lives Matter,” but her protesting neighbor injected a little humor in her sign. It said, “Racism Is Small D*** Energy.” Any way that the message seeps in is okay with us.
