R&B singer August Alsina has suffered his share of ups and downs, and the latest chapter of his life involves the star getting kicked out of his mansion.

The "No Love" singer was sued, according to documents obtained by The Blast, by the owner of his Ventura County rental. The owner, Robert Howard, claims Alsina is behind $20,000 on rent.

The lawsuit claims the singer took out a lease in 2016 on the 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom mansion in Bell Canyon, CA. Alsina agreed to pay $10,000 per month but allegedly stopped payments in February 2019.

Howard claims he gave Alsina a 3-day notice at the beginning of March, but is now filing suit to collect the money. Howard is suing to evict Alsina, as well as collect the $20,000 owed.
