Ex-NFL star Antonio Brown has been slapped with a paternity lawsuit by his baby mama Chelsie Kyriss.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Chelsie filed the suit in Florida court on January 15.

Chelsie wants Antonio to be legally recognized as the father to their children, the court to determine how much child support he has to pay her, and a custody schedule worked out. Antonio has yet to respond to the lawsuit in court.

The lawsuit comes days after the two got into a showdown at Antonio’s Florida home, where police had to respond after he accused her of stealing his Bentley. He shouted slurs at his baby mama and police while they were trying to resolve the issue.

At one point during the confrontation, Antonio asked the officers for help and claims to want to take out a restraining order. He said, “is there any justice for a black man in America?” Chelsie was eventually driven away by police.

Antonio is in the middle of trying to legally evict Chelsie in a separate case he brought in court. Back in December, he sued Chelsie accusing her of refusing to leave his home, despite serving her with an eviction notice.

In the suit, he said his ex was a “former girlfriend” who had been living at the home as his guest. He said he “repeatedly demanded that Defendant vacate the subject property and surrender possession of the subject property to Plaintiff but, to date, Defendant refuses to do so and Defendants continues to remain in, occupy or otherwise possess the subject property without consent of Plaintiff …”

Antonio gave a deadline of December 18 to be gone and all her personal property removed from the property, but she refused. Chelsie has been posting photos on Instagram of a new home, which could bring an end to Antonio’s lawsuit.
