Andrew Glennon has made the decision: He and Amber Portwood’s son, James, will not appear on “Teen Mom OG” anymore.
Amid all the court and custody drama between Portwood and Glennon, and after prompting from some fans, one of whom said “We need details. Feed the fans,” Glennon replied:
“James and I aren’t a part of the show anymore it seems. Follow your ladies —-> they went that way.”
Portwood has been under scrutiny since allegedly trying to attack Glennon with a machete. Glennon was holding James at the time.
MTV was seen filming Amber Portwood’s court appearance on Thursday, when she was given supervised visits with James.
Portwood has had a long history with substance abuse and domestic violence charges. A source says this could be a turning point for her:
“Her time for healing is now. If she accepts the change that needs to happen and do it right this time. This entire incident may just save her life.”
Glennon has also filed for sole custody of James. It’s still unclear what the relationship is really like between Glennon and Portwood, though it would seem slightly on the rocks.
According to an unnamed source:
“Andrew has been nothing but faithful and loving to Amber since the day they met. All he wanted was a happy family with Amber, but her lack of self-care with her mental health disorders and choosing not to take her medications regularly has caused great stress among the two.”
