XXXTentacion's Mom Cleopatra Bernard Fighting Late Rapper's Father In Estate Battle

XXXTentacion’s parents are battling it out in a secret fight over the late rapper’s estate.

According to court records obtained by The Blast, XXXTenacion’s mother, Cleopatra Bernard, is battling the late rapper’s father Dwayne Onfroy in court.

On February 18, Bernard filed a notice to creditors who believe they are owed money from the estate. On the same day she filed a proof of service against Dwayne. Bernard served XXXTentacion’s father with some sort of legal notice. The majority of the estate court filings are sealed.

Last year, XXXTenacion’s father Dwayne Onfroy showed up to court as part of his son’s estate seeking to be included in decisions about his music, business, and money.

Dwayne only notified the court he was making an appearance at the time. At the time, he did not fully explain the reasoning for him filing court documents.

XXXTentacion’s mother is fighting a separate legal battle with music producer James “Jimmy” Duval. She sued the producer after he filed a $2 million claim against the estate over alleged unpaid royalties, which she believes he is not entitled.

Last month Bernard settled a custody battle with XXXTentacion’s baby mama Jenesis Sanchez over the rapper’s son, Gekyume Onfroy. Court records state a “Confidential Mediated Settlement” was reached. Per the deal, a “Irrevocable Trust for Gekyum Onfroy” was established to benefit XXXTentaction’s son.

XXXTentacion’s mom has been dealing with an alleged stalker the past couple of months. She obtained a protective order against the New York man named Donavon Banton. The man reportedly made several trips to Florida in an attempt to contact Bernard.

He told police the late rapper sent him “sadistic messages” and the only way to stop the sadistic game was to contact XXXTentacion’s mother. Banton told police Bernard, “possessed him by the use of witchcraft and is using witchcraft to spiritually attack him.” He even tried to break into Bernard’s home multiple times, which included throwing a brick through her window.

A judge signed off on an order of protection against stalking violence. Banton is currently behind bars awaiting a court hearing.
