'90 Day Fiancé' star Ashley Martson's estranged husband is facing deportation and currently in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.

Jay Smith is currently being held at York County Prison in Pennsylvania, which serves as the immigration detention facility for the area.

The Jamaica native reportedly turned himself into police after an arrest warrant was issued for violating a protective order Martson took out on him, reports Us Weekly.

Smith had been in the US illegally after he wed Martson and she failed to file his adjustment of status.

Martson spoke with Celebuzz! following his arrest and said police let her know Smith had turned himself in around 1:30 AM on Wednesday.

She tells the outlet she filed the PFA (Protection From Abuse) after she reportedly came home from vacation and found he had broken into her property.

According to Martson, the PFA was put in place also preventing him from speaking about her on social media. After receiving the PFA, he went straight to Instagram with it ... a clear violation.

“Jay and I have a PFA hearing next Wednesday…and then he’ll go back to York Country Prison until he is seen by an immigration judge,” Martson told Celebuzz!

“This is a very sad situation overall…I’m not popping champagne bottles celebrating today,” she continued. “It’s hard to sit here and think about how he’s sitting in a jail cell right now, but I also have to remember everything he put me through the past year.”

Martson and Smith wed in May 2018, but their relationship was riddled with issues of infidelity early on.

Days after their Vegas wedding, she found out he had signed up for a dating app and was talking to other women. Months later, while they were working it out, he slept with someone else. Both situations were huge plot lines for the spin-off "90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?"

Martson filed for divorce for the second time in April and immediately hit the club with fellow reality star Farrah Abraham.
