The former reality star wrote to her fans, I just wanted to hop on and say I am so grateful for all the supporters that we have gained since airing on 90 day fiancé. We truly appreciate each of you. I know I’m very active on Instagram and I always try to keep you involved in our daily lives. I’m excited to announce June 1, I am chasing my dream since high school and returning to school full time to make it happen.”
She added, “With this being said, I have made the decision to back away from social media to focus on my studies and my family. I will still occasionally post updates but not daily. I wanted to give you a heads up before going quiet on everyone!”
The decision to get a higher education comes after Ashley announced she would never return to the TLC reality show.
Over the weekend, Ashley wrote, “wish everyday I could do a tell all on reality tv. I think most of the population with half a brain gets it but theres a large amount who definitely don’t. unfortunately, I am a dumbass who signed a confidentiality contract for life and I got too much to lose. So I’m gonna go ahead and shut up now and drunk some water and mind my business. Carry on.”
During a Q&A, one person asked Ashley, “Can you do a tell all with what happened with tlc?” She replied, “Nah, I’m better then that. On to the next! Life is falling right how I would like it to so no need to tear anyone down!.”
Another asked if she would be interested in doing a spin-off with her husband Jay Smith. She told the fan, “It’s just something we aren’t interested in at the moment,. I trey my best to let everyone know how we are doing on Instagram.”
As The Blast previously reported, Ashley and Jay Smith are holed up together during quarantine. The two reconciled earlier this year after a rocky couple of years. Ashley filed for divorce twice but dismissed both cases.
As The Blast previously reported, Ashley and Jay aren’t the only “90 Day Fiancé” stars making headlines.
