Blac Chyna is accusing her former lawyer of wrongfully trying to get a cut of money Rob Kardashian may owe her in their legal battles and believes her lawyer should get nothing.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Chyna is firing back at her former lawyer, Lisa Bloom, after she filed a lien against her for alleged unpaid legal work.

Chyna says she never had a written agreement with Bloom. The reality star is asking the judge to deny Bloom’s attempt to get her hands on any judgment she wins against Rob Kardashian or his family.

She adds, “The Bloom Firm’s conduct constitutes professional misconduct under California law because Lisa Bloom and The Bloom Firm engaged in conduct involving 'intentional misrepresentation' to this Court, the Parties, successor counsel, and Ms. White.”

Blac Chyna says Bloom was the one who dropped her on May 7 without justification. She says, as a result, her former lawyer waived all rights to attorney fees.

The lawyer who filed the court document for Chyna is a lawyer who has left Lisa Bloom’s firm to now work with Chyna solely.

As The Blast first reported, Lisa Bloom filed the lien against her famous former client claiming they had a written agreement and money was owed for work done.

The lien was filed as part of both the lawsuit filed by Rob Kardashian against Chyna and Chyna’s case against Rob and his family.

Blac Chyna sued Rob and his family accusing Khloe, Kris, and Kylie of interfering with the show and causing producers and the network to cancel the show, which allegedly caused her substantial damages.

The Kardashians have denied all allegations of wrongdoing and have demanded the suit be tossed.

Rob sued Chyna for assault and battery, which she claims was done in self-defense.
